SC-SCOOP is a Sun City Summerlin Community chat line, available to those who register and follow Yahoo and SC-SCOOP rules.

For those who have not read Yahoo!'s terms of service, the following excerpt is relevant to all Yahoo chat lines.

"You agree to not use the Yahoo! Services to: a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable."

We support free speech that does not violate Yahoo!'s terms of service.

We support Association full disclosure.

We support the posting of Club and community event meeting notices and reminders.

Each posting member is responsible for his/her own postings using the SC-SCOOP registered and approved email address. Any change in your email address requires a new registration.

When registering to join SC-SCOOP, please indicate whether you are a Sun City Summerlin member or not. We do have some registered members who are not SCS residents.

The Owner reserves the right to manage this mission statement in a manner consistent with the Yahoo! rules and this mission statement for the best interests of all.
