This is for all Sioux Falls moms wanting to give and receive support in their weight loss quest. We will meet once a month at a different members house. Kids will be more than welcome to come along. We will keep the motivation up during non meeting weeks by sharing our struggles and accomplishments online. Every mom out there wanting to lose even the last five pounds is welcome.
