Sometimes you can resize lettering that you have. Or on many of the lettering projects that I have done I just pick a font that came w/my writter card...

Hi, I use LetterWorks (part of Designers Gallery). It has 100 fonts. Of those, about 6 are specifically digitized to stitch out small (from about 4 to 7 mm)....
