Fluffy is a bit grumbly today, sadly. We ran out of spider goulash.
Christopher, a hug monster is a fierce beast that requires a constant
diet of hugs. He'll stun most humans into happy unconscoiusness, and
then suck all of their daily hugs out of them.

Welcome Chelsea, make yourself comfy.
Sorry to hear of the CCGV. I've not heard of anyone else suffering
from this. But, thanks for sharing the news. There are those who will
be glad indeed to hear that Michelle is, indeed, human after all.

I am going to regret this I just know it.
What pray tell is a Hug Monster? And why in the Gods would you name
it 'Fluffy'? Suddenly I get this image of a large angora lint
monster.

And it's all for me grog, me jolly jolly grog.
All for me beer and tobacco.
I've spent all me tin on the lasses, drinkin' gin,
and across the western ocean I must wander!
(where is me soul, me noggin noggin soul?
All gone for beer and tobacco.
Where once was my soul is now a black and gaping hole.
I sure would like to know where I lost it.)
A big ol' mug of grog, just for you. I tossed the steak to
the hug monster in the basement.

Come to the house on Friday and party. I believe we may be doing a
museum of artsy stuff. Black satin and velvet on white marble thing.
Then social gathering later with vino, movies, music, talk, fun.
Just a bunch of goths hanging.
Crud. I am sorry. I should be posting this on the events list.

I'll be in the DC area for all of the Thanksgiving holiday, with not much
planned
yet. So I'm open Friday and Saturday.

I am not the one to do so as my skills at bartending are not yet
legendary.
I do thank you sir for such a choice of Cognac and it is smooth,
warm,
and delictable. When you journey to our fair Capitol, I will have of
course a bit of spiced warm apple wine for your palet. That is if
you
can make it to my abode for a bit of social gathering with us all.
Algernon is bringing movies and I will be purchasing Vino from my
favorite winery at the beginning of the month.

Hail and well met, Christopher. Let me get that drink for ye.
Do you have a specific Cognac in mind, or shall I just pick something off
the top of the shelf?
How about Anno Domini 2001? Only 600 bottles were made, $375 dollars a
bottle on the open market. Of course, your credit here is stellar, so
let me get you a glass. I'll have the coat check girl warm the glass with
her hands. ;)
And your Red Rose and Club soda, of course.

CorpGoth.
*Checks Frock Coat at door with the beautiful and naughty looking
check girl.*
Afternoon all. I see the live quartet of light strings is setting up
over in the corner for a bit of playing. Excellent, I have arrived
just in time.
A fine Cognac for me and a red rose floating in a sniffer of club
soda
please.
*Admires how the room is tall, dark, yet there is no echo. Also the
victorian plush velvet lounge chairs over there are a nice touch.

This is neat, I'm leaving for San Jose in a few hours, but I'll STILL be
near the perfect goth bar!
Now if only I could get rid of this headache!

The Goth House has, as part of its charm, the most exquisite blend of
aromas in the Main Foyer. Coffee and Absinthe dominate the blend; Clove
cigarettes (from many rooms away) provide an interesting accent. If one
had wandered in unawares, it could be presumed that this perfect Goth
bar was a an exotic restaurant. Food will be served if you order. What
is your pleasure?

Pleasure to meet you sir!
Appreciate your concern, but as this is a virtual reality, I'd like
to partake in one of life's more subtle pleasures: a good beer buzz
early in the morning.
Crap! one of real life's more annoying thorns just walked in the
office. The clueless, bleached blonde consultant who cost me full
time hours. feh!
I'll be back as soon as I can.
Keep that steak warm!

Top o' the morning to you, fair maiden. My name's Winter and I'm
a frostygoth. Also, I'm tending bar!
Strong, sweet, black coffee eh? I'll pour you a fresh cup, and we'll
get those steak and eggs cooking.
How 'bout we wait till after the meal for your beer?

Hello,
I'd like a cup of really strong, sweet, black coffee. And a nice,
full bodied beer, not too heavy. Anything to eat here? Steak and eggs
sounds good. Nice 'n quiet here. Too early for music. Ok, maybe a
soft mandolin in the background.
My name's Jennifer and I'm a Closet Extrovert. Anyone else around?
In only a few short hours the population has grown significantly. Okay,
four members isn't huge, but it's a good start.
If this is going to be the perfect Goth refuge, you have to imagine the
things you want to see here AND describe them. It would be most
effective for helping other visitors to visualize The Goth House if you
can also explain why it means "Goth" to you.
What kinds of "events" do you want to happen here? Who do you want to
meet? What were you hoping for?
Nancy, you may call yourself that in The Goth House, or you may take a
new name. You were born in the Year of the Rat -- a very auspicious
sign. What are your Goth tastes? What would you describe New York
Gothstyle?
