UNC Doctor's Appointment

A UNC student was terribly overweight, so her
doctor put her on a diet.

"I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip
a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks. The
next time I see you, you'll have lost at least 5 pounds."

When the student returned, she shocked the doctor
by losing nearly 20 pounds.

"Why, that's amazing!" the doctor said,
"Did you follow my instructions?"

The girl nodded. "I'll tell you though, I thought
I was going to drop dead that third day."

"From hunger, you mean?"

"No, from skipping on the third day."

911 Call From UNC Campus

A UNC student calls 911
on her cell phone to report that
her car has been broken into.

She is hysterical as she explains
her situation to the dispatcher:
"They've stolen the stereo, the
steering wheel, the brake pedal
and even the accelerator!" she cries.

The dispatcher says, "Stay calm.
An officer is on the way."

A few minutes later, the officer
radios in.

"Disregard." he says. "She got into
the back-seat by mistake."

Terrorist Hostages

A group of terrorists burst into the conference room
at the Marriott Hotel where the American Bar Association
was holding its Annual Convention.

More than 500 lawyers were taken as hostages.

The terrorist leader announced that, unless their demands

it's probably to wonder how a man with twenty children
had the time and energy to write such music.

Arguably, the most wondrous thing about music is that
it exists at all. After all, it isn't necessary for the survival
of our species; in fact, throughout history, there have

During the previews, she asked him if he would go

Root Beer Bar

A hamburger walked into a bar, climbed up onto a bar stool,
looked at the bartender and ordered a tall cold root beer. The
bartender looked at the hamburger for a moment and replied,
"I'm sorry sir, but I can't sell you that drink."

The hamburger thinks about that for a moment and then
says, "I'm over 21. Why can't you sell me a drink?"

Pausing for a second, the bartender looks the burger over
