This is a list for those attempting to lose weight to share their emotions, life events and opinions on a variety of topics during their weight loss struggle.

Membership in TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is not a requirement for membership to TOPSdietersLoop1, although many members of this group belong to TOPS.
