We are Water Garden and Pond hobbyists in upstate South Carolina. This group will be a place to share ideas and resources about our shared hobby.

Expectations are that we will share ideas, hints, and learn from each other. Perhaps we will share sources for products we may need.

Due to spam, new membership must be at the invitation of a current list member. If you have a friend who wishes to join, email the list-owner and an email invitation can be sent. New member's posts will be monitored for a short while to make sure no spam slips through; this causes a delay as a moderator must be notified then read the mail and approve it.

This group is not a commercial enterprise nor an avenue for direct advertising.

Each member of this group is also expected to conduct themselves using good manners. The group encourages friendly discussion of issues relating to our hobby but discourages "off topic" discussions of subjects such as religion or politics. Please limit your discussions in the group to pond related issues. Other topics members wish to discuss can be taken "off list" in private emails.

Now that I've laid down ground rules, I hope you still feel welcome and will come help us build a lively group. Posting photos and links to good pond information is encouraged.
