condition. This position is located in our Security Services
Division. Individuals will provide general health care to inmates;

Authority for patients; assist physician and mid-level providers at sick call
in performing examinations, take histories, follow up on all orders given, and
set up medications.
Applicants must have
graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and have one year of

equivalent experience in the community or public help.
The salary range is

Crime Lab Specialist:This full time position organizes, directs, and plans the operations of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office Crime Laboratory.Some of the tasks performed are to photograph crime scenes, evidence, and victims; collect blood & other specimens; lift & compare latent fingerprints using multiple methods & determine classification; and prepare reports & quality control procedures.They must also be able to testify in court as an expert witness.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field and have previous scientific laboratory experience. The salary range for this position is $25-$27/hour, depending on experience. Closes Dec. 21, 2005.
Field Services Technician (Crime Lab):This full time position provides administrative and technical support to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office Crime Laboratory.Duties include maintaining various logs and entering a variety of data into a computer database and answering questions from the public.
