This egroup group is dedicated to Americans living abroad to share personal information and support about the adoption process with others in need. In honor of the late Missie Bland, adoption consultant, adoptive mother and friend who helped make this group possible. This group began as the Mannheim Adoption Support Group in Germany in 1994 and has assisted hundreds of Americans with information and support specific to living abroad.
We do not place children with families or find orphaned children. We help each other to find solutions to our adoption questions. Any group member can post a message, add or delete their name to the list, or request information.
