مادة من قانون الانتخابات اجحاف بحقنا



بغداد - اصوات العراق: قال سكرتير اتحاد
الطلبة والشبيبة الكلدواشوري، الخميس، إن
الغاء مادة من قانون انتخابات مجالس
المحافظات الذي أقره مجلس النواب أمس يعد
اجحافا بحق الكلدواشوريين و الشبك
والايزيدية. وواضح السيد نينوس يوخنا في
حديثة قائلا ان "الغاء المادة 50 من قانون
الانتخابات هو اجحاف بحق الكلدواشوريين و
الشبك والايزيدية".
وكان مجلس النواب قد صوت بالأغلبية أمس
الأربعاء على الصيغة التوافقية التي توصلت
إليها اللجنتان القانونية والأقاليم
والمحافظات بشأن انتخابات مجالس محافظة
كركوك، على أن يتم ارجاء الانتخابات في
محافظة كركوك لحين انتهاء اللجنة البرلمانية
من تقصي الحقائق في المحافظة من تقديم
تقريرها وتشريع قانون خاص بهذا الشأن.
وأضاف يوخنا أن "شعبنا الكلدواشوري يعاني
اليوم في العراق.. فالارهاب والهجرة والتجاوز
على الاراضي ومصادرتها واليوم تتكلل بالغاء
ابسط حقوقه في اختيار ممثليه".
وبين ان "الكوتا تطبق لضمان حقوق الاقليات
ولكن التوجه الذي نعامل به كخصوصية قومية
ودينية من قبل الاخرين هو ذات التوجه القديم
والذي يقيم على اساس الكبير و الصغير، القوي
والضعيف، الكثير والقليل".
واوضح قائلا "اننا دائما ضحية لمصالح
الجماعات الحاكمة كنا نأمل بانتهاء هذه
الحقبة بعد تغير النظام لكننا واجهنا واقعا
مريرا اخر فاليوم بالاضافة الى التهجير
والقتل والابتزاز الذي يطال شعبنا لايوجد لنا
تمثيل في الدولة العراقية والتمثيل بوزير
واحد دون وكلاء وزراء او سفراء او حتى مدراء
عامين هو لذر الرماد في العيون".
وحول التطمينات التي قدماها ستيفان ديمستور
ممثل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ورئيس مجلس
النواب محمود المشهداني عقب اقرار القانون
قال "لقد طمأنونا سابقا عندما سرقت صناديق
الاقتراع في سهل نينوى (قضاء الحمدانية) وايضا
عندما لم نمثل في المفوضية المستقلة
للانتخابات، في الحقيقة لا نثق بأي تطمين ما
لم يكن ضمانة تمثل في نص قانوني او في
الممارسة تجاه شعبنا".

هذا ما قاله احد اهالي الموصل من المسيحيين
"الكلدان السريان الاشوريين" عن جيرانه قبل
مغادرته المدينة جراء الاحداث الاخيرة التي
اودت بهروب اكثر من 2000 عائلة مسيحية من
الموصل.
لماذا كلمة "مرحبا؟!" ولكالما كانت التحية بين
اهالي الموصل ب"السلام عليكم" والتي يؤكد على
استعمالها سكنة الموصل من العرب والمسلمين،
لانها سلام الرسول محمد "ص" والمؤمنون، حيث
تسمع في خطب الجمعة التي تاتي من مأذن الجوامع
المولا وهو يؤكد على القاء التحية بـ"السلام
عليكم".
الاجابة ساتركها لكم، ولكن للعلم فقط هنالك
فرق كبير جداً بين العبارتين في ثقافة وفكر
اهالي الموصل والمتدينين في العراق بصورة
عامة، يجب الانتباه له.
وعلى جدران الكنائس كتبت عبارات ضد المسيحية
بالاضافة الى ذكريات وتفاهات، بل تتعدى ذلك
بتبول بعض ابناء المنطقة على الجدران
الخارجية للكنيسة، ورمي النفايات بالقرب
منها...
سيؤكد هذا لكم من عاش في مدينة الموصل وانا
اظن ليست الموصل فقط...!
الموصل حالها حال كل العراق المنابر الحرة لم
تكن يوماً موجودة فيها حيث النظم الدكتاتورية
علمتنا ان نردد ما تريده هي، ولكن كان لدينا
الجدران الحرة والتي عبر بعض الناس عن ما يجول
في داخلهم من افكار على هذه الجدران والتي هي
جدران المدارس، البيوت، المرافق الصحية،
وطبعا جدران الكنائس، على جدران احدى الكنائس
كتب "ذكرى ــــــــــــ وــــــــ
وــــــــــيوم الثلاثاء 1998، كرى فريق
ــــــــــــــــ" كما ورسمت صلبان مشوها
وغيرها من الامور... ففي يوم من الايام رأيت
صبي لا يتجاوز الـ 12 عاماً وهو يتبول على جدار
الكنيسة الخارجي فوبخته وقلت له
  "هذا حرام" فنظر في وجهي متعجباً وقال"انها
كنيسة وليست جامع" اي التبول على الكنيسة
حلال!!!!
هذه الحالة تحلل لنا ان الفكر السائد في
المنطقة عن قيمة المسيحيين الاجتماعية
والدينية!!، فيما قد يعارضني البعض ويقولون
انه صغير أو انها حالة واحدة شاذة، فأرد 1ـ ان
الصغير يقلد ويقول ما يسمعه من الكبير. 2ـ هذه
الحادثة تتكرر ومن الكبار ايضاَ "التبول ورمي
النفايات". 3ـ في حادثة تجير الكنائس يؤكد
الكثيرين عن حالة الفرحة التي ارتسمت على
وجوه البعض، بالاضافة الى شهود عيان اكدوا
على تمني الكثيرين للمزيد من العنف ضد
المسيحيين.
كل هذه الاحداث كانت علامات الى ما يحصل لنا
الان من تفجير كنائس ومنازل وقتل وتهجير وسلب
ونهب... ومحصلة هذه الاحداث هي مشكلة في فكر
مجتمعنا العراقي يجب معالجته.. فبالرغم من
تأكيد رجال الدولة والدين من المسيحيين
والمسلميين على اننا شعب واحد لكن الحال يعكس
غير ذالك، يتحدث الكثيرين ولكنه مجرد كلام،
ورفض البعض من اعضاء البرلمان في بادئ الامر
لحق الاقليات في انتخابات المحافظات كان خير
دليل، ولكن عاد البعض بعد الضغوطات الهائلة
من المجتمع الدولي... ودائما الفعل والواقع
يعكس حقيقة الامور.
لذا ولسلامة ما تبقى من "المسيحيين" "الكلدان
السريان الاشوريين" و"الصابئة" و"اليزيدية"
وغيرهم وحتى اقلية بعض الاغلبيات في بعض
المناطق مثل "سنة البصرة" و"شيعة الموصل" و"عرب
مناطق الاغلبية الكردية" و"كرد مناطق
الاغلبية العربية" يجب التحدث بصراحة وطرد
الافكار التي تلغي الغير لاننا جميعا عراقيين
وسلطة القانون يجب ان تفرض على الجميع،
بالاضافة الى تثبيت حقوق الاقليات في الدستور
ليست حقوق انتخابات محافظات فقط، بل يوجد
الكثير غيرها التي ترسخ الوحدة الوطنية
واصالة كل الاقليات في بلدهم الام العراق،
وليعلم الجميع ان الغاء الغير هي
  دكتاتورية وظلم وحرام....
