The purpose of this group is to give a social, friendly, and healthy supportive community to Atheists of any background for the Silver City area. All are welcome, so supportive friends and family are welcome. Moreover, the axiom-"strength in numbers" is very relative in the southen New Mexico region.

Let`s join together. Some topics will be scientific theroy, community outreach, and any other topics/goals that you may wish to pusue. I would like to form a positive view of atheists via volunteer work, charity, and good will. Let`s reach out to other communities, and "break down" the myths and stereotypes that ateists are withut morals and are "evil".
