Brazilian beer with 'ginga'
By SUN WIRE SERVICES
The effortless flair of Brazilians, a quality the natives call "ginga," is
what Labatt Breweries hopes to impart to Ontarians with its introduction of
BRAHMA, an authentic Brazilian premium lager now available in Ontario.
The beer, which made its Canadian debut in Alberta in 2005, was first brewed
in Brazil in 1888. "BRAHMA is the only beer in Canada that captures the true
essence of Brazil, fusing authentic heritage with contemporary culture,"
said Harvey Carroll, vice-president marketing for Labatt. BRAHMA is now
available in select Ontario bars and restaurants and at The Beer Store and
LCBO stores.
