Mission:
People in this group all share the belief that talking about the questions, reactions and ideas we have when we read a book is a fabulous way to better understand what's going on. It may not make you love or hate a book more, but it'll certainly help you see why others do. We disagree often, but share a strong respect for differing opinions. Our group is not a classroom. We are not teachers lecturing to the masses. In short, we are a group of friendly readers sharing our thoughts so that we might become better at reading and discussing books.
We read and discuss two books a month from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the end of the month. The Book Group List was established in 1996.
