You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied ,And praise the name of the Lord your
God .Who has dealt wondrously with you .And my people shall never be put to
shame .{ Joel 2;26 }

So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten…{ Joel
2;25 }

We cannot change the past nor take back what we have done but we are able to go
forward doing what the Lord has called us to do .Many have wasted their time and
years in pursuing their own gain ,seeking their own welfare at the cost of
others .Years of selfishness and doing their own thing have led many down a path
of destruction, misery ,failure ,disappointments,  loss of genuine friendships
,loss of loved ones , loss of property and most of all ; a loss of heart and
soul .

They sow the wind and reap the whirlwind..{ Hosea 8;7 }
All their expectations came to nothing ,and all their hopes and dreams dashed to
pieces as they trusted in their money ,their silver , their gold and themselves
.God blew it all away into the whirlwind that came down upon them unexpectedly
.Do not be deceived ,God is not mocked ; for whatever a man sows ,that he shall
reap {Galations 6;7}
And many thought they were fooling God ,as if he did not see ,or hear ,or know
of their deeds ,and warned them of their sin .But now they are reaping the
whirlwind .
God may postpone his punishment for a time but he will find you out in time
{Martin Luther }
But here is a promise ; I will restore the years ..that the swarming locust has
eaten .

Restore ;To give back ; return ,to put back into use or service . To put or
bring back to an earlier or original state .{Webster} Some of you need to be
serving the Lord living the life God intended you to have .God has a purpose for
you beyond yourself which includes your talents and gifts he has put in you 
.You  are not useless , but useful in His hands .I believe this is what the Lord
is saying to this nation and to each individual ;
Now therefore thus says the Lord ; “ Consider your ways ! You have sown much
,and bring in little .You eat ,but do not have enough ;
You drink ,but you are not filled with drink ;You clothe yourselves ,but no one
is warm ;And he who earns wages ,Earns wages to put into a bag with holes .
Thus says the Lord of hosts ; “Consider your ways !Go up to the mountains and
bring wood and build the temple that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified
says the Lord. You looked for much, but indeed it came to little ;and when you
brought it home ,I {God} blew it away .Why ? Says the Lord of hosts .Because of
My house that is in ruins ,while every one of you runs to his own house
.Therefore the heavens above you withhold the dew ,and the earth withholds it’s
fruit .For I called a drought on the land and the mountains ,on the grain and
the new wine and the oil ,on whatever the ground brings forth ,on men ,and
livestock ,and all the labor of your hands .{ Haggai 1; 5-11}

For you are the temple of the living God .As God has said ; I will dwell in them
and walk among them .I will be there God And they shall be my people .{2
Corinthians 6;16 }

So then “Consider your ways “ and serve the Most High God and You shall eat in
plenty and be satisfied ,And praise the name of the Lord your God .Who has dealt
wondrously with you. And my people shall never be put to shame .{Joel 2;26 }
He will cause you to be satisfied .See wonders and marvels and lead you into
wonderful surprises ,beauty and purpose .For it is written ; Call to me ,and I
will answer you ,and show you great and mighty things ,inaccessible things
,which you do not know { Jeremiah 33;3 }
God will reveal things to you that you did not know ,insight ,revelation and
clear understanding of who you are and where your going and things you thought
were impossible will be possible with God .
