For love is as strong as death…{ Song of Solomon }
 
Love is the mightiest force upon the earth and in the universe .As death
overcomes life so love overcomes death .True love cannot be injured or die for
it’s force is eternal and originates from God himself .As the scriptures
declare ‘”God is Love “
 
Many waters cannot quench love, Nor can the floods drown it..
{Song of Solomon 8;7}
 
Many hours ,days ,weeks ,years and centuries have passed but love remains .Men
will leave this earth and pass on but love will endure forever as God is forever
and ever .
Love flashes like fire, the brightest kind of flame. It goes where it wills and
no man can tame it or control it .God’s love cannot be extinguished ,quenched
or exhausted for it is an eternal flame from the midst of heaven .Who knows
it’s depths ? It’s width ? Or it’s height ? That is why the scriptures
declare ; That Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust
in him.
 
May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love. And may you
have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long,
how high, and how deep his love really is. May you experience the love of
Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will
be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. {Ephesians
3;17-19 }
 
Love ; Oh ! how the world needs God’s love ! And because lawlessness will
abound, the love of many will grow cold. Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the
love of many will grow cold. { Matthew 24;12 } So many broken homes , broken
marriages , and broken lives .The result of sin and selfishness have quenched
the love of many as they were forced to fend for themselves .To avoid rejection
and pain from others ,they reject others first and by so doing love avoids them
.They reject God first and then men and that is why love is destined to be out
of reach for them ,and for many an eternity without ever seeing the face of God
.
But anyone who does not love does not know God--for God is love. God showed how
much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have
eternal life through him. This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but
that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. Dear
friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.
We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in him. God is love,
and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.{ 1 John 8-11,16 nlt
}
 
I’ll will always remember ,I’ll never forget ,how you took my breath away
the first time we met .No matter what happens ,no matter where I am ,I’ll
always remember the first time I saw you Jesus .The first day I met you ,I knew
I could love you ..For no greater love has no one than this, that he lay down
his life for his friends { John 15;13 }
 
The love we have is God’s gift to us ,what we do with it is our gift to God
.You never lose by loving .You always lose by holding back ….Devotion by
