The purpose of this site is to communicate happenings in the Cordera - Colorado Springs neighborhood. Feel free to post anything you think would be of interest to your neighbors and the community. We want to hear from you! Ideas include:

* Events in the community and surrounding area
* Items you have for sale
* Services you provide or requests for items or services you need
* Information on playgroups, clubs, sports, lost pets, home-based businesses, etc.
* Questions or comments you might have about the neighborhood

Also feel free to post any files, photos, links or databases (to the left) that you think would be of interest.

Please keep posts respectful and in the spirit of cooperation, and keep in mind that you are posting to your friends and neighbors and not to the faceless Internet of typical online forums. Messages that intentionally disrespect your neighbors or any member of the forum will be removed from this site.

Note that membership is screened to minimize spam. If you send a membership request with your street address, you will be approved usually within one day. Also, please note that the sign-up process will require you to set up a Yahoo email account, but you do not have to use this email address to receive messages from the group. As you are going through the steps to sign up, there is a place where you can change the primary address that will receive messages.
