This is the email group of the "World Society of Czestochowa Jewry and their Descendants".

We welcome all those whose roots are in the Czestochowa area of Poland, their descendants and all others who are interested in the betterment of relations between Poles and Jews.

As well as preserving the history of the Jews of Czestochowa and assisting people to trace their ancestory, the World Society supports the current Jewish community in Czestochowa and has the long-term aims of restoring the Jewish Cemetery there and establishing, in that city, a "Jewish Museum of Czestochowa" which will become the permanent home for our exhibition, "The Jews of Czestochowa - Coexistence, Holocaust, Remembrance".
