HELP US HELP YOU! If you see or read about a diving accident, please enter its content, add a link URL and post to the group. Duplicates are better than missed accidents. I will investigate further.

WE ARE INTERESTED IN CLOSE CALLS of _any_ diving related accident, such as decompression illness; IWR; in-water seizures; narcosis; gas issues; equipment failures; or attacks by in-water creatures even on swimmers. Reports are posted on the web and rarely published elsewhere.

TO POST ANONYMOUS OR PRIVATELY POSTED DIVING REPORTS, SEND THE MESSAGE TO THE SYSOP DIRECTLY. We post without bias or conflict of interest, compared to any online diving forums.

Please limit discussions to Where, When, What, and How factors that help explain Why the accident happened. DISCUSSIONS ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE ADVICE. Consult a diving professional on information read here. NEW MEMBERS are moderated until their first relevant post.
