My husband and I start a new job next week and we're trying to clean up

1983 GMC 1-ton dually, regular cab, with matching camper top. 454
engine, automatic. Ran when we parked it about 5 years ago, not sure
about now. $2000

1986 Ford F-250 regular cab, automatic, trailering system with brakes,
5th wheel hitch. Heavy duty bumpers. Needs carb kit. $1500

1991 Subaru Legacy, auto, blue. Nice car with premium sound system, but
needs a head gasket. Registered and inspected. $1500

1994 Ford Crown Victoria. Ugly car with severe paint fade, droopy
headliner. Transmission out, but it has cold AC and was running great
when the tranny went out a couple of months ago. $1000

1979 Skeeter Fish-n-ski deck boat. 115 hp Johnson outboard, live wells.
Great boat, just needs some TLC as it's been out of the water since the
kids went off to college a couple of years ago. $1800.

1949 Farmall M tractor. Great condition, runs fine. Newish paint. Have
implements--2 cultivators, a box blade, and a planter. PTO is nearly
new. $2500 with implements, $1800 without.

Electric wringer washer, probably 1950's model. $75

Lake lot about 4 blocks from Lake Tawakoni in Arrowhead estates
addition, West Tawakoni. POA members have gated access to beach and

I have a 4-person hot tub for sale. This is not a self-contained unit.
It's the kind you sink into a deck, however you can build a box around
it to make it look like a free-standing type.

It comes complete with a natural gas heater, filter, pump, skimmer
net, new cover, and a few supplies. The pump leaks a little and needs
a new gasket. Also, I had to cut a PVC elbow to get it out of the
deck, so that will need to be replaced or patched (I only cut it
enough to get it to give a little). Other than that, even with the
leaky pump it has great jet and bubble action.
