el-mccaf is an email list for Christians - cyclists and their friends - to arrange groups for rides and other social activities around Melbourne and Victoria.

The list is a great way to organise an activity and promote it to the group with one email.

List members arrange road and mountain bike day rides, as well as the occasional weekend away, short tours and other social activities.

Only list members may post messages on these topics. Please don't post other topics - no one likes unwanted email!

The fitness level required for a ride will normally be indicated in the email invitation. Most road rides will be at low 20's kph, but faster rides (or slower social bike path rides) will be indicated accordingly.

List membership is by invitation. To invite a new member, get them to click "Join This Group!" (above) then advise moderator el-mccaf-owner@yahoogroups.com
