About.com was in Vegas for the first Red Ball Oct. 7-10. Part of the consumer
event involved panel discussions and I was a lucky
guide who was chosen to debate the future of online shopping. The moderator for
our event was Star Jones (The View) and our guest

What did I take away from the panel? (1) We all (including Star and Kathy) want
