This brand new group is for those of us who either don't have trout in your area like myself, or just like to fly fish and fly tie for Panfish. The group's focus will be to share ideas,tying recipes and tips for all things related to Fly Fishing and Fly tying for Panfish. It's also for those who don't feel guilty about cleaning and eating a mess of fish on occasion. Whether you have been Fly Fishing or Tying for Panfish a day, a year, or 50 years, this is the place for You.We will also encourage members to meister and participate in Panfish fly swaps.

Or, if you don't even fly fish yet, but are thinking about it, you are welcome to come here as well. And remember.. There are NO "dumb questions" PLEASE, PLEASE, try to keep ALL posts ON topic... HOWEVER..If you are ill, your wife is ill, your kids or your grand kids are ill, we WANT to know about it, and things like that as it will be a Family oriented type group. We also want to see what you are catching, or what you are tying to catch panfish with, so posting photos IN your messages is welcome (as are links) but keep them to no larger than 30-40 kb, so that the members who are on dial up can view them easily as well. Yahoo also gives each group room for photos, files and links, so please do make good use of those. We will also have buy/sell/trade and barter days on the 1st and the 15th of each month so if you have a fly fishing shop, or have things related to fishing that you wish to part with, new or used, just get an ad together and post it on those two days of the month.
