Greetings; I'm not a furniture maker but I want to use a bolt I see
in furniture. I'm a sculptor and I want to hang heavy sculptures
flush and securely to the wall.
In Scandanavian furniture (and maybe elsewhere) I see a bolt that
joins two pieces and is then secured and tightened by a second bolt
that comes in from the side. The two pieces of the device are
perpendicular to each other. I don't know how it works or what it's
called. Anybody here know what I'm talking about; what it's called;
where to find them?
thanks

Kozmo, Check out Blum Manufacturing Co. in woodwarkers hardware...online at
www.wwhardware.com and browse thier catalog for what you are looking for. I
think you are looking for what they call "Assembly fittings"
