You can exercise on the mask, but don't open the filter before you need it! it cannot be used again once unsealed! For Children and Infants, we carry Bardas and Schmartaf protective wraps (Gas Masks are only good for Adults!). All our gas masks are NBC rated, providing protection against all known warfare biological and chemical agents, and nuclear particles.
