This is a group for gay men and women looking for others who, like us, enjoy actually playing sports as opposed to just watching them. The purpose of this group is not just to provide a place to talk about sports interests, but also possibly to get groups of like-minded individuals to actually train/start teams up. This group is open to any sports conversation and we have an emphasis on sports that will allow for people of all athletic types to play, such as dodgeball. Dodgeball, for example, is quickly growing as a sport again. Don't believe me? Check out Extreme Dodgeball (Season 3) on GSN at 10 PM on Tuesday nights.

I do have some rules for this group:
1) No spammers; this is not TV, I don't need commercials.
2) No pick-ups; there are other groups for this type of thing.
3) You must be at least 18. (Your profile will be checked for this information. I am not responsible if you lie on the web.) This group is for adults. I, however, am not opposed to a group for our young gay people who wish to have a group of their own for this.

If you violate rule one, you will be immediately kicked out of the group.
If you violate rule two, you will be given a warning first and then, if the behavior continues, I will be forced to kick you out of the group.

Please feel free to discuss anything sports related here, including possible teams, working out suggestions/groups in your area, even the games that you just saw.
