The Gems and Brios Buy Group is a select group of jewelers who, as a group, are able purchase the finest gems and pearls directly from the sources who produce them. The group is closed and can only be joined with approval from the list owner. We recommend that a trusted member apply on your behalf if you wish to join. All other applications are evaluated on a case by case basis. Applicants are encouraged to supply as much information about themselves and their jewelry-making as possible. If you are a gem or pearl dealer, please do not apply.

Kelly, our spring contest winner in the Most Creative category, presents "Can't You See?", a lovely necklace of pearls and gems from our suppliers as well as chrysacola, turquoise and chalcedony. She hand-forged the pendant and clasp from copper, steel and her child's school workbook, and put it all together in a most appealing fashion.
