Well, the response has been underwhelming, but I have gotten a few replys
including some suggestions for movies to see. I'm gonna list the ones that I
would like to see, and then whoever is interested in going can vote on which one
they'd prefer (before noon Friday) & I'll announce the final decision. All
decisions by the judge (that would be me) are final, so think long & hard before
casting your vote!
OK, the contenders are:
Miracle, playing at Beechwood (7:00 & 9:50) & Carmike (7:00 & 9:55)

The Triplets of Belleview, playing at Beechwood, only (7:15 & 9:15)

Monster, at Beechwood, only (7:05 & 9:35)

Gothika, at the $2 theaters at the GA Square Mall (7:20 & 9:30)

Sylvia, at the Tate (on campus) (7:30 & 9:45) (this stars Gwyneth Paltrow as
Sylvia Plath, a poet who ended up committing suicide---I can relate!)

Anyway, there are a lot of choices here, so don't be hasty in casting your vote.
If I don't hear back from at least one person, I'll probably cancel the "field
trip" and rent some psycho-thriller to watch at home & be too scared to go to
sleep. Please don't do that to me! And bring friends if you'd like, or grab
people off the street who look like they need some company.

I'll announce the results tomorrow, early afternoon.
