This group is to share book reviews. All are welcome. All can post. It is a modest attempt to share information.

The books reviewed here are mainly (but not exclusively) on human rights and development, and occasionally some bestseller (we do try to keep a balance!)

The art of reading is not dying out, despite the constant predictions of many experts. More people buy more books today than ever-before. However, we do need to have a lot more time and sifting to get to the right material. Through this egroup we will have book reviews so that the task of choosing books relevant to us—for more leisurely reading—is made a little easier, from the comfort of your desk. It is the next best thing to actually browsing.

You can post reviews of books if you publish, distribute or simply like them. You can post even if you don't subscribe... but do join! We'd love to have you with us.
