The Greensboro Shambhala Meditation Group is dedicated to teaching and practice of meditation in the tradition of Shambhala Buddhism as expounded by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. We offer instruction in basic mindfulness meditation, classes in the buddha dharma, and weekend programs in dedicated to a sacred, secular path of meditation and leadership--Shambhala Training.

We meet to meditate on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 7:00pm.
