The Gulf Coast Buddhist Network is a coordinating center for Buddhism Groups in and around SE Louisiana (Southeast LA), New Orleans, Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, Lacombe, the NorthShore of Lake Pontchartrain, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and the Louisiana Gulf Coast,including Biloxi Mississippi.
Our original goal was to share event, meditation, and retreat flyers and coordinate dates so we don't "double book" a weekend.
The purpose of the Yahoo group is to provide a centrally available location to post flyers and a calendar of events. If any discussion develops, we'll go from there.
