LIVE FOR DARFUR - the international awareness campaign spearheaded
by 'Hotel Rwanda' star Don Cheadle for the Save Darfur Coalition -
is thrilled to announce that singer-songwriter BEN JELEN has dedicated
8 upcoming concerts on his US tour to spreading the word about Darfur
and promoting the great work of STAND with his fans.
Ben joins U2, Coldplay, Destiny's Child, Carlos Santana, Jill Scott,
Good Charlotte, Green Day, Tony Bennett, James Taylor, Queen
Latifah, Erykah Badu, Saul Williams, Bill Maher, Ryan Gosling
Djimon Hounsou and Elie Wiesel in the 'LIVE' worldwide initiative:
Ben has a special invitation for STAND members! At each tour stop, he welcomes:
STAND VOLUNTEERS to set up and oversee a
DarfurFAST Info & Donations table
A STAND SPOKESPERSON to join him onstage
to speak to his fans about Darfur
STAND MEMBERS & SUPPORTERS to attend and enjoy the show -
the more supporters who attend, the more donations you can generate
for your work! (Check specific venue websites for ticket info!)
