Hello All....
At the Midnight Breakfast planning meeting last night we were told that
we need to submit a list of our volunteers for the event. The
coordinator wants us to split the night up into 3 shifts:
set-up team: shift starts at 7pm and goes (most likely) until 10pm
event team: 10.30-12.30
clean-up: 12.30-1.30am
We were unaware of this, so please reevaluate what shift you are able to
fill. We still need 10 people for each shift.
Please send me your name, email, and cell phone number along with what
times you are able to work.
If you are able to do only one hour and you can have someone fill the
other hour that is fine, please indicate that in your email.
Thank you all so much for your help with this. I know it is a stressful
time but this will really help STAND establish stronger ties with SAC
(which will help us with funding in the future).
