TIMES TO VOLUNTEER FOR GW AID

11am to 130pm – 4 stage hands that can also work during the show (630pm to 9pm )

215pm to 345pm – 3 or 4 people to help exit clov unload, set up, and learn how to move their equiptment.  These people also have to work during the show.  They can sit in the audience as long as they go back stage before the slide show and then can return to their seats after exit clov finishes their set.

130pm to 215pm – a person to learn how to operate the screen.  Again, s/he can sit in the audience but has to leave when recess performs and can return after the slide show is finished.

615pm to 715pm – ushers

615pm to 9pm – wingmen (they will just hang out until called upon to do random stuff, if needed)

9pm to 10pm – people to help with clean up.  The only thing we will def have to do is help exit clov pack up.

615pm to 715pm – ticket collectors.

615pm to 715pm – floaters, they will keep people in line and make sure they do not bring food or drink into betts.

645pm to 9pm – curtain people
