Join Africa Action, activists from around the country, religious leaders, students, and members of the Darfuri and Sudanese community at a gathering to mark the second anniversary of the Bush Administration's declaration that genocide is occurring in Darfur, Sudan .

In just 11 days, the Save Darfur Coalition will hold the "SAVE DARFUR NOW: Voices to Stop Genocide" rally and musical performances in New York City's Central Park.
With so much to do by September 17, and so little time, we need your help.
If you are able to volunteer - even for just a few hours - please call 646-624-5053 or email Aja@... .
Please let us know what times and dates you are available and if you have any special skills, such as media relations or first aid experience.
All volunteers will receive training and a "Rally Team" t-shirt! So while you're at it, invite your friends and family to volunteer with you.
Leading up to the rally and concert we need help passing out flyers at local events and subways, postering commercial streets and making phone calls. Click here for posters and handbills you can put up and pass out in your neighborhood.
On Sunday, September 17th, we need volunteers to serve as ushers, greet buses, welcome participants and for other activities assisting attendees. Volunteers for the Rally will need to be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m on September 17.
