Hey guys! Just a quick reminder about the vigil in front of the white
house tomorrow night at 5:30 and then our group meeting at 9:00 PM at
Ivory Tower by the food court. Please bring your pennies and if you
would like to buy green save darfur bracelets please bring $2.00 for
each bracelet. In addition if you have not already paid optional dues
I encourage you to bring $5.00 for that.
Below my email is a message that was sent to me from someone at Colby
College about a conference they are having in April.
Thank you and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow night.

Hi,
I am Huseyin Akturk, and I am writing from Colby College, Waterville, ME and I
am the president of Colby for Humanity Club. I would like to inform you that on
the weekend from April the 1st to 3rd, few days before the anniversary of the
Rwandan Genocide, we are organizing a conference called: "Shadows of Rwanda:
Reflections on Genocide and Global Responsibility." We will address many issues
including Darfur in this conference. There will be many scheduled events and our
keynote speaker for this conference is Lit. Gen. Romeo Dallaire who was the
commander of UN. Peacekeeping forces during the Rwanda genocide.
We would really appreciate if you could help us spread the word. We have a
website up already although it is still not 100% finalized. If you want further
information about the conference and if anyone wants to register please visit:

Thank you very much,
Huseyin Akturk
