- Mano-Destra (cutting techno.. best known for his remix of NIN's
'Closer')

Directions:
Get to SE Holgate, heading East cross the Holgate Bridge(over the
railroads) and get into the right hand lane. At 26th Avenue (Where
Montage Oil is), turn right. Go South two blocks to Schiller. At
Schiller turn right, go two blocks to 24th and turn right again. Make
the first left onto Pardee and find a parking spot.

It's a bit tricky to find, it is right under the Holgate Bridge.
