This guy lives in my city and I go to his Halloween and X-Mas displays
every year. He does a beautiful Halloween Town setup. His website is here:

Poor Chris. Years and years of creating something beautiful and magical for
this city and this is his reward. I hope those jerk neighbors of his rot in
hell. He grew up in that neighborhood and some idiots that move in decide
what's best for the neighborhood. I have been to his display and it is NOT
that loud OR scary. It's not horror-themed or anything, it's all NMBC and
Haunted Mansion.

May the bluebird of happiness fly up their noses.
