Hey Trick Or Treaters!

I will be doing my annual Halloween trip to Salem, Massachusetts,
a.k.a. The Witch City.

I have been going to Salem in October since I was six years old.

Any club members who visit Salem on Halloween say "Hello"

I won't be hard to miss as the "SCARECROW" from "The Wizard of Oz".

My friend's costumes are "Dorothy" and "Naruto, the ninja misfit" from
Cartoon Network.

"What's With That Really Haunted Halloween House?"

This is Halloween like you've never seen it before. What's With That
Really Haunted Halloween House? is a one-hour special of the most
frighteningly outrageous Halloween houses in the country. If you think
Christmas is nuts, you should see what some people do at Halloween.
From Sherman Oaks, Calif., where a producer of The Simpsons spends
more than $6,000 a year transforming his front yard into a
family-friendly amusement park to Lockport, Ill., where an offbeat
couple decorates their yard and garage with things like an authentic
hearse and casket, these folks go all out!

FUNNY QUOTES ABOUT HALLOWEEN

"On Halloween, the parents sent their kids out looking like me."
Rodney Dangerfield.

"Charlie Brown is the one person I identify with. C.B. is such a
loser. He wasn't even the star of his own Halloween special."
Chris Rock.

"Halloween is huge in my house and we really get into the "spirits" of
things."
Dee Snider.

"Nothing on Earth so beautiful as the final haul on Halloween night."
Steve Almond.

"This Halloween the most popular mask is the Arnold Schwarzenegger
mask. And the best part? With a mouth full of candy you will sound
just like him.
Conan O'Brien.

"Being in a band you can wear whatever you want - it's like an excuse
for Halloween everyday."
Gwen Stefani.

"There is nothing funny about Halloween. This sarcastic festival
reflects, rather, an infernal demand for revenge by children on the
adult world."
Jean Baudrillard.

"I'll bet living in a nudist colony takes all the fun out of Halloween."
Charles Swartz.

"Last year was the first time I actually participated in Halloween. I
dressed up as a pimp, and my sister was my bitch. We had to walk down
Sunset Boulevard because we couldn't get a ride to the party, and
everyone was sticking their heads out of their cars and yelling at us.
It was great."
Christina Applegate.

Hairy Daddy Longlegs Cupcakes

I love this little guy. I'm going to make these for Halloween. Thought you
would all enjoy

   Cherish

This creepy crawler of a cupcake is popular with web slingers of all sizes.

Chocolate cupcake (body) Canned chocolate icing
Chocolate sprinkles (hair) 2 pieces of eye-type candy (we used Bassett's
Liquorice Allsorts) Clean scissors Ruler 1 package of black
string lace licorice (legs)
Step 1
Frost the cupcake with chocolate icing and cover with sprinkles.

Step 2
Press the eyes into place.

Step 3
Use scissors to cut eight 4-inch pieces of licorice for the legs. Holding all of
the legs together in a bunch, bend them in half and crease. Push the end of each
leg into the cupcake as shown.

OK, I need some help and I hope someone might be able to guide me.

I live in Eastern Mass. I'm looking to get my first tattoo. I know
what I want and where I'm going to put it I just am not sure where to
go for it. Can any one recommend a good tattoo studio? I want to see
someone who knows what they are doing and has quality work. I want to
   be proud of my tattoo.

   Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

   A.

Haunted Inn of the Week - Lizzie Borden Bed and Breakfast

Since the murders on August 4, 1892 the house has been a private
residence. Now for the first time the public is allowed not only to view
the murder scene, but is given an opportunity to spend a night (if you
dare) in the actual house where the murders took place.
