Hello everyone.
An interesting thing was sold on e-bay recently - a program book from
the marriage of Naomi King on June 20 at the Opryland Hotel in
Nashville. The item sold for $162.50. Now THAT's an unusual King
collectable that is sure to rise in price...

There is a NEW King story in the works! The book is the NECON XX: The
Twentieth Anniversary Commemorative Volume, due out this month. It's
a 6 page story titled The Old Dude's Ticker, and apparently is by
Stephen King _and_ Edgar Allan Poe (That's what the Byline says
anyway) - I cant wait to see it!

I'm not one to share illegal MP3 files, but I have found an
interesting one that's available for legal free download that many of
you may be interested in. http://www.mp3.com/NOWisNOW has a link to
an MP3 song called "Other Worlds" that's based on the Dark Tower
series when Jake falls to his death(??) from Roland in the Dark Tower
1. It's a great song (Not too heavy or loud), and the band states the
following about the song:
"If you've read Stephen King's, "Dark Tower" series, you know the
motivation behind this song. Never has a novel inspired me so, to
open my mind to the fact that there are possible other worlds beyond
the dimensions we live, and that we might just cross paths with
someone from one of those worlds, NOW... "
Get it as soon as you can!

The Plant will be online at the official Stephen King page shortly.
This is a great bonus for people who have not been able to source
this from other places, and it's a great, but very UNFINISHED, work.
It should be online about July 8, 2000, and King is asking for a
small donation for downloading it. I'll be there waiting, even though
I do have it already!
