Dreamcatcher, King's new novel now appears to have a release date!

According to SimonSays.Com, it will be released by Scribner in March
2001 as a hardcover for $28.00.

Rose Red Information.

Rose Red is going to be a 3 part, 6 hour miniseries for ABC, and is
expected to air during February 2002. The story is about Rose Red, a
haunted mansion biult by an Oil magnate in the early 1900's. Joyce
Reardon, a psycology professor, employs an autistic girl to wake the
ghosts of the people that have died there in the past.

The cast includes Nancy Travis as Joyce Reardon, Kimberly Brown as
the autistic girl, and other name such as Judith Ivey, Julian Sands,
Matt Keeslar, Kevin Tighe, Emily Deschanel, Yvonne Scio, Matt Ross,
and Tsidii LeLoca. King is returning as an executive producer along
with Mark Carliner, and the series is to be directed by Craig Baxley,
and produced by Thomas Brodek.

I can hardly wait.

Some Horrorking.Com updates:

A few new largeprint books have been added to Horrorking.Com's links
to books.

I have updated the character list for IT. The character list went
from a few hundred to 739 people, making the file about 120K in size
now, so it will take a while to download.

Quite a few new DVD's have been added to the links: Pet Sematary, The
Stand, The Langoliers (a stand alone, and horror pack version), The
Dead Zone, Creepshow, Cujo (Horror Pack version), Thinner (Horror
Pack version).

I hope to offer Australian King fans a new source to order books via
Horrorking.Com. OzBooks have recently announced a partnership program
that I am looking into.

Because of the number of types of books (Hard cover, paperback, audio
CD/Tape etc), and the various sources, I am considering making a
seperate "online store" for each of the books & movies so I dont
clutter up each of the individual book and movie pages. This could
include a short description of each of the items.

What do you all think of this idea??? The more feedback I get, the
better, and it proves that you all read the message.(Grin)
