Hi Everyone.

Smith dead!

Bryan Smith, the driver responsible for the injuries to Stephen King
in last years car accident has been found dead in his mobile home
last Friday. There appeared to be no suspicious circumstances.

A partial copy of the news article can be found at
http://www.horrorking.com/car.html

AOL Transcript.

If anyone missed the AOL chat with King, please let me know as I have
the interview transcript that I can send out to you all... Email me

make it easier for me.

Interview.

The Observer in the UK had an excellent interview with King by Tim
Adams on September 14, 2000. It can be found at the address below.
One extremely interesting part of the article is that his brother
David has in fact found what happened to their father! I wont spoil
the suprise for you, but it is worth reading!!

Important dates!

October 3rd is the day that ON WRITING goes on sale. Dont miss out.
October 10th will also see an ON WRITING chat on AOL at 8 PM, EST.

Also The Plant, Part 3, will be available for download on the 25'th
of this month. Please pay the token $1 when you download it, as King
is still seriously looking at the 75% average. Here is what King said
about The Plant:

"One thing I almost forgot, and that is the issue of pricing.
Installments one, two and three are going to be available for $1.
Further installments up to 8 will be available for $2 each. In other
words, you complete financial liability for the first 8 installments
of this story will be $13 or about the cost of a trade paperback or a
hardcover novel offered at 40% discount in a chain bookstore. Any
parts beyond 8-which would be the balance of the story, would be
posted free."

Interesting...
