Hello everyone,

This email list has grown a lot larger and quicker than I ever
anticipated, with over 200 active members so far, and a few more
joining every day. Thanks!

Those of you who have visited Horrorking's What's New page in the
last few days would have seen a quite a number of character lists
updated in the last few days. They include:
Apt Pupil,
The Dead Zone,
Firestarter,
Heroes For Hope Starring The X-Men,
Carrie,
The Dark Tower 1,
The Dark Tower 2,
The Dark Tower 3,
The Doctors Case,
The Blue Air Compressor,
The Cat from Hell,
Crouch End,
Dolan's Cadillac,
The End of the Whole Mess,
The Glass Floor,
The Hardcase Speaks,
Harrison State Park '68,
I've got to get away,
It Grows on you,
Keyholes,
Salems Lot,
The Star Invaders,
Suffer the Little Children.

Most updates are minor (but the larger stories can have up to 40+ new
characters!), but I'm working on locating extra links between the
books now as well. Also there is some better linking on the Short
Story Index page.

Peter Straub has been interviewed by Jack Madison Haringa in an
excelent interview titled "Listening to the Invisible World - A
Conversation with Peter Straub". In this, he releases a little
information about Sequel to the Talisman:

"The book will be a sequel, but not a continuation. Jack Sawyer is
now thirty-one years old, retired, and living in a farmhouse in
western Wisconsin. Darkness falls. That's all I can say."
