To become a member of this group, you must:

1. Must be an internet cafe owner here in Cebu
2. Attend the Pre-Accreditation and Orientation seminar
3. Have NO enclosed cubicle or private room in your cafe
4. Put a warning sign against por_nography and cutting classes
5. At least 50% software license compliance and Installed
6. Pay P3,000 (One time membership fee P2,500 and P500 annual dues)
