Selasar Sunaryo Art Space (SSAS) aims to contribute and support the development of art and cultures in Indonesia. It regularly arranges and holds programs with a focus on educational activities for public. The extent of disciplines facilitated by SSAS programs is not limited to Modern and Contemporary art practice, but also visual culture extensively: Design, Craft, Film/Video, Photography and Architecture

Besides presenting regular exhibition of permanent collections, SSAS holds special programs consisting of solo or group exhibition, workshop, artist residency, discussion, kids program, music concert, theatre play, performing art program and other activities selected by the board of curators.

SSAS initiates opportunities for national and international cooperation and network with artists, curators, critics, researchers, conservators and all of those who have concerns toward public education through art and cultural activities.
