The goal of the Livingston County Freecycle is to reduce waste by connecting individuals who are throwing away usable goods with others who are seeking them.

Below you'll find some of our group guidelines. When you join the group, you'll be sent the complete list of guidelines. Please review them before posting messages on the list.

1) ALL items listed must be FREE, with no strings attached.

2) Do not post ads for inappropriate or illegal items.

3) No Promotion. Do not use the list to promote your personal business, pet charity, Yahoo group, etc.
Remember you are required to use the following terms in your subject line: OFFER, WANTED, PENDING, TAKEN, RCVD. Location is now required in all but WANTED subject lines.

* ANIMAL OFFERS AND REQUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

* In the interest of saving our list members time and gas, please don't post "come and get it" offers. Only provide your address to the person you've chosen to gift your item(s) to.
