I have had good luck with dynamite, blast furnaces, and air hammers . . .
oops, my bad.
We're talking about pewter and lead minis, aren't we . . .
There are some superglue solvents on the market, some made by the Zap-a-Gap
folks, as I recall.
Haven't tried them myself, but there was a thread about this topic a couple of
months back.

Does anyone know a good method for removing or dissolving superglue?
I have some minis that I had assembled a ways back, and when I
stripped the paint, I had to remove their shields. Even after soaking
in Simple Green for an afternoon, the shields still have hard bits of
superglue on them that I can't seem to pry off or chip away at. The
dried bits of superglue make it so I can't easily reattach the shields
without figuring out which exact shield (and thus dried superglue
blob) matches the mini.
Any suggestions?
