I have recently purchased a GW Chaos Army for use in better outfitting
the 13th Company Space Wolves army I am making, but I am having a rough
time taking apart some of the models. I have broken one so far and
found out that "Goof Off" may in fact remove glue but it also begins to
melt plastic. Is there anything that will remove the glue without
harming the models? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

What about putting in the freezer and then trying to break them off... Just a thought off the top of my head but maybe someone else might have a better way of...

If I remember correctly, cyanoacrylate adhesives are super glue, not polystyrene cements. So carefully prying and/or chilling should work and be a cheaper...
