I live in Maryland...

So, have you used the Rustoleum brand primer on GW plastic and metal miniatures
before?
If so what were the results and did you see any damage to the miniatures?
Also, do the GW paints work well with that brand of primer?

a) depends where you live - in North America the Rustoleum brand of
grey primer is very nice, my current favourite.

b) GW black is NOT a primer.

c) the white is a primer, but not a great one - Krylon is better.
