thre eyear warnty why not get it new dosnt figure how hteyd seell so good wiht
no warnty ya buy on ebay and it s juk ya stuke wiht it!new a y got soem kinda
warntie atleast, usedid figured hteyseel shuld selfer like 350 to 400 at best
but not five ,and 6hundred!  thats just crazy!

ok  i saw a german  made detectore that claims to  get 2.5 metres deep what ever
that is !its not a gold detector i dont think thoe? yea if it got thre efeet
deep ited eb nice to hav einthe arsanle , but nither th elest th gold bug too is
allaround hte way to go i tingk!

The gold bug 2 is very sensitive so it will hit on nuggets in the grained
weight. The 71 kHz is not a deep penetrating signal so getting a signal on 6 to
12 inches deep will be real iffy. If the signal gets that deep the nugget should
sound off but more than likely it won't get that deep.

I think a manual ground balance is a pain in the but. A good turn on
and go machine is what ya need. The winter time is the best time to
prospect.. No bugs no snakes and no high vegitation to deal with. Nows
the time. Learn how to operate it and just go. If you have a decent
machine pay attention to what it tells you. New folks just got to see
what that target is so they dig a lot of junk. i use to take folks with
me and let them use my best machine. When we were finnished they always
asked me why if they were useing the best machine I had a pile of coins,
when they had trash. I told them that I listened to what my machine
told me. While they just had to see what was down there and they wasted

hunter pioneer 505 and the whites prizm III look to have the same features
except the 505 says it has auto and manul ground balance i would pay more for
the whites name and reputation the whites i think has fixed ground balance what

Having hunted for years with machines that didnt have much of any thing
on them I was tickled to death when they finally did have gauges that
told ya what your possible target was and how deep it was.  You can bet
were I going to buy any new machine it would have a depth indicator on
it.  What ever Brand it was..Buck

time. I have a whites eagle 2 I bought in 88 it is still a great
machine. I also own Tesoro and Garretts. I dont own a bounty hunter

that looks like a good choice one of the features i like the lone Starr was pin
point mode and bounty hunter accessories seem to be lower price to. thanks
