There may be a connection between soul/spirit and innate knowledge
and instinct.
Comparing human beings with other life forms it would appear that we
are unaware of our own innate knowledge because of our need to teach
ourselves by rote and reason.
If our innate knowledge exists in the subconscious, the place where
good ideas come from, and a small portion of this knowledge could be
released to our conscious awareness, would this raise our abilities
to appreciate the existence of soul and spirit?
